1. General Information

Returns apply exclusively to consumer sales.
2. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of the delivery of the last product in the order, without giving any reason. This period includes weekends and public holidays.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please log in to your customer account and submit a return request directly from your account — or send an e-mail to kontakt@dziwnewody.xyz stating your intention to return the product. We accept returns only after prior contact.
The consumer may also use the statutory withdrawal form template, although this is not mandatory.
An order can be cancelled up until it has been processed (shipped) — to do so, please contact us promptly by e-mail or through your customer account.
3. Return Conditions
Only unused products, in new condition, in their original packaging and showing no signs of having been opened or used, are eligible for return.
Perfumes must not be unsealed or tested.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- sealed products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery (applies to unsealed perfumes)
- fragrance samples
Returns must be sent back at the customer's own expense to the address provided in reply to the e-mail notifying us of the intention to withdraw from the contract.
4. Refunds
Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned product, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option offered by us), within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel.
The refund may be issued:
- by bank transfer to the account number provided by the customer,
- as a gift card to be used in the Dziwne Wody store (if the customer expresses this preference).
5. Exchanges
We offer the option to exchange a purchased product for a different variant or scent. To make an exchange:
Contact us by e-mail (kontakt@dziwnewody.xyz) within 14 days of receiving your parcel, specifying the product you wish to return and the product you would like in exchange.
Send back the original, unused, and unopened product at your own expense to the address provided in our correspondence.
Once we have verified the condition of the returned item, we will ship the new product.
The customer covers the cost of re-shipping and any price difference (if the exchange product is more expensive). Any overpayment will be refunded if the exchange product is cheaper.
If the selected product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or a gift card instead.
