SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time
We process orders within 1–3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed. In exceptional situations (e.g. increased traffic in the store), this time may be slightly extended — we will always inform you by e-mail if this happens.

Delivery within Poland
We ship via InPost — you can choose delivery to a parcel locker or courier delivery to your specified address.
The shipping cost is 40 PLN regardless of the delivery method chosen.
The estimated delivery time after the parcel is dispatched is 1–2 business days.

International Delivery
We ship throughout Europe. Costs and delivery times depend on the destination country and are shown in the order summary before you place your order. Due to air transport regulations, all parcels are shipped exclusively by land — delivery may take longer than for standard shipments.
Please note that, depending on the destination country, additional customs fees or taxes may apply, for which the recipient is responsible.

Tracking Your Parcel
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real time via the app or the InPost website.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time or has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@dziwnewody.xyz. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation and find the best solution.
