Long story short: it's pistachios mixed with synthetic animals, the whole thing coming off like a semi-savory salty dessert. You won't find cream or ice cream here, just raw, unsweetened pistachio butter.

I recommend combining it with 3 to enhance the animalic nuances present in that fragrance.
