For over a hundred years, Przemysławka has been a part of urban daily life, a scent passed down from generation to generation, and its history naturally intertwines with music – from Jan Kiepura to Wojciech Młynarski.
For BitterSweet, fostering local ties is a way of building a festival close to the city, its history, and emotions. The collaboration with Przemysławka is a natural fusion of Poznań's tradition, nostalgia, freshness, and musical sensibility.

Halina Sybilska is the creator of the BitterSweet eau de parfum fragrance composition.
A legend of Polish perfumery, author of the iconic cobalt "Pani Walewska" and guardian of the Poznań Przemysławka recipe, known in the industry simply as "The Nose."
For the first time in years, together with her student Agnieszka Jagodzińska, she has created a new composition.
